Tanggung Jawab

1. Experience in the role of Executive Chef, preferably in events/catering, but also in large Hotel/Resort environments
2. 
Costing and budgeting, forecasting, ordering/procurement experience 
3. 
Experience developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
4. 
Experience with rostering and managing team schedules for events

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Menambah jabatan baru, untuk menjembatani antara Head Chef dengan Demi Chef.
