Responsible for leading staff in the service of FB Service facilities including meeting rooms and restaurant, FB Manager is responsible for ensuring / supervising all aspects of service and staff services during operating hours, while working in a clean and safe environment, and meeting all sales goals / targets


Job Description FB MANAGER:

Managing service aspects in all areas in food and beverage activities, ensuring the accuracy of meeting rooms and dining rooms and ensuring the appearance of employees to be clean and tidy, in addition to ensuring the company's budget is running well and ensuring targets are met in accordance with the standards set by the company

Requirement

1. Male Candidate  
2. At least Diploma   
3. Energetic and creative
4. At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in hotel industry
5. Familiar with digital marketing, pricing concept, and FB promotion
6. Good leadership, have a good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill
7. Manage All FB Operations, within budgeted guideline and to the highest standards
8. Identify customer needs and respond proactive to all of their concern
9. High achiever and able to work collaboratively in a team
